Caramel by AH is the brainchild of a husband and wife with A bearing initial for the husband and H bearing initial for the wife. Caramel pudding has always been a favourite dessert for H and she is always picky when it comes to the taste. The right amount of sweetness and creaminess needs to be present for her satisfaction.
